The Romanian PropTech startup Bright Spaces has announced the signing of the first contract with an important developer from outside of Bucharest and expands in the west of the country through the partnership with Vox Property Group. The complete interactive 3D visualization platform will be implemented for the Vox Technology Park in Timisoara and can be used by the developer, agents and future tenants starting December 2020.
Vox Technology Park in Timișoara is one of the complex office spaces in Romania, being a class A type building, certified BREEAM International In-Use Outstanding v6. With an area of 26,600 square meters, Vox Technology Park offers both workspaces and commercial spaces, charging stations for electric cars, a gym, over 260 parking spaces and the option of biometric authentication for access.
The orientation towards continuous development of the developer and the desire to adopt the latest trends in building technology has led to the partnership with Bright Spaces, the Romanian startup that develops the first integrated solution for remote viewing of office spaces.
By implementing the platform, Vox Technology Park will benefit from:
- A customized platform according to VOX’s brand identity
- Mapping all points of interest around the building, including public transport, restaurants, cafes, etc.
- 3D presentations of other buildings, with the ability to view available spaces
- More fitout options for each rental floor
- The option to request a visit or a personalized offer from the developer or agent
- Downloadable project presentation materials
- Quantitative and qualitative information about potential customers accessing the platform
“We are happy to have such a good growth rate and to validate once again the Bright Spaces solution through this collaboration. We are honored to have the trust of our partners outside Bucharest and to work with clients who share our mission to innovate an industry that needs more modern approaches, adapted to the period we are going through. Vox Property Group is a partner with whom we are proud to scale. ” said Bogdan Nicoară, CEO & Founder of Bright Spaces.
“The Vox Technology Park building has stood out from the beginning with innovation and integrated technological and digital solutions. We were the first building to use biometric access, thus increasing security measures that have proven to be extremely effective in the current situation caused by the pandemic. We also use technology as part of measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Now we are at the point where, together with Bright Spaces, we innovate the process of renting the spaces in our building, by visualizing the offices in a 3D environment, streamlining the developer-broker-tenant interaction. It is definitely a beneficial step for us and we are happy to do it with our new partners. ” – added Mark Oancea, development director of Vox Technology Park.
The Bright Spaces solution for Vox Technology Park is to be implemented in December 2020, representing the first step that the startup is taking to expand nationally and then internationally. In August 2020, Bright Spaces announced the partnership with Skanska Romania for the Equilibrium project.
